  • Stop the medicine if you experience tingling, numbness, burning, or nerve pain.
  • Seek urgent medical advice if these occur.

⚠️ Heart Rhythm Risk Warning

This medicine may cause abnormal heart rhythms (QT prolongation), which can be serious.

  • Tell your doctor if you have heart disease, low potassium or magnesium, or a family history of sudden cardiac death.
  • Report palpitations, fainting, or dizziness immediately.
