⚠️ Tendon & Nerve Risk Warning

Levofloxacin and other fluoroquinolones may increase the risk of tendon damage (including rupture, particularly the Achilles tendon) and nerve problems (peripheral neuropathy).

• Stop the medicine immediately if you develop tendon pain, swelling, or weakness.
• Stop the medicine if you experience tingling, numbness, burning, or nerve pain.
• Seek urgent medical advice if these occur.

⚠️ Heart Rhythm Risk Warning

This medicine may cause abnormal heart rhythms (QT prolongation), which can be serious.

• Tell your doctor if you have heart disease, low potassium or magnesium, or a family history of sudden cardiac death.
• Report palpitations, fainting, or dizziness immediately.

Before taking Levoheal, tell your doctor if you:
